Reservation & Cancellation condition
50% of the total amount is requested when you book to confirm your reservation.
One week before your arrival, the remaining 50% is debited automatically.
On your arrival, a pre-authorization up to maximum 2,000 euros depending on the length of your stay is made for the deposit. This pre-authorization is automatically released 7 days later if no damage is to be reported.
We accept cancellations up to 72 hours before your arrival (We fully refund the reservation, excluding bank charges of 2.8%)

A careful reading of the internal regulations guarantees that you will not have a reduction in your deposit upon departure. Please make sure to read and understand the house rules at the start of your stay. In the unlikely event of a power failure, please call us before touching the electrical panel. No compensation will be granted in the event of a temporary power cut, gas, water, or satellite.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the house. Please do not throw cigarette ends into the garden. Ashtrays are available in the gazebo (to be placed outside).
Candles prohibited in the house.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a loss of the security deposit.
Security
Whenever you leave the rental, it is your responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain damage.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal effects or valuables. If you misplace or forget an item in the house, please let us know so that we can find it when changing tenants and cleaning.
Parents should not leave their children unattended at any time. Injuries sustained by guests inside the house are not covered by our insurance.
Be sure to turn off the fireplace and barbecue when you go to bed or leave the house. Also, it is best to avoid barbecues in strong winds.
Guests
As part of our vacation rental agreement, we need the names and contact details of each member of your party. In addition, please adhere to the maximum number of visitors and the visitor rules as outlined below:

Guests are permitted to receive a maximum of 5 visitors at any time during their stay.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all visitors comply with these internal rules.
For any additional nights, visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to additional charges, as stated in our rates.
Children
We try to make our vacation rental as child friendly as possible. That said, parents still have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the safety of their children at all times.
If you find that something is unsure or requires improvement in the property, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
To keep our property child friendly, we ask that you never leave children unattended
Cooked
We supply the basic products such as condiments (oil, spices), aluminum foil & greaseproof paper, as well as coffee, tea and sugar.
Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would have for yours in order to keep it in excellent condition for future occupants.

Be sure to ventilate the kitchen well after cooking anything that might leave a strong odor. Please activate the hood each time you use the stove.
To respect the environment, only switch on the dishwasher when it is full and use the eco-program if possible.
To simplify the inventory process, please return all kitchen items to where you found them. Kitchen cleaning products can be found under the sink. If any products run out during your stay, please let us know so that we can replace them for future occupants. The same goes for the gas cylinder.
Waste
We attach great importance to respecting the environment and we suggest our guests to do the same. Under the sink is the container for ordinary waste (non-recyclable products: large container). In front of the exterior kitchen door are the paper (blue) and plastic (yellow) recycling containers. To the left of the car park hut is the composter. Please refrain from throwing rubbish such as bottle caps or cigarette butts into the property.
Swimming pool
We must intervene daily for the cleaning and operation of the swimming pool (chlorine test), thank you for telling us the time that suits you (usually early in the morning not to disturb you) We ask you to keep certain things in mind essential for the swimming pool:

Each person must take a shower before entering the pool.
Wash your feet well each time you go out and re-enter the pool.
The safety and supervision of children are your sole and absolute responsibility. Be sure to close the pool enclosure when it is not in use to ensure the safety of children. No device can replace the vigilance of adults.
Never let anyone walk on the shelter.
Please avoid glass dishes or glass bottles by the pool.
Buoys, balloons etc. are at your disposal in the small wooden hut at the bottom of the garden (behind the cherry trees). Please take them out and put them away when you close the shelter.
Barbecue
We provide all the necessary equipment for cooking, just be sure to follow the instructions below:
Please use the barbecue utensils provided for this purpose and not the kitchen utensils.
Make sure to clean the utensils after each use, it is much more difficult to clean the next day. The barbecue can be cleaned the next day to avoid burns.
Garden
Depending on the length of your stay, we have to maintain the garden (mowing, watering the plants, etc.), please tell us your preferences (a text when you go to lunch outside for example, we do not enter the house during your stay. living room, only the garden.)
Take care to fold up the parasol in windy conditions and to store the deckchair cushions.
Animals
Pets are welcome in the house!
We know you love your pet, but we ask that you do not allow it to climb on furniture. Please cover the sofas and beds in case your pet is stubborn (blankets provided) The hosts are responsible for cleaning their animal tracks, in particular hair and droppings
Damage
While we know our hosts won't intentionally break anything, we understand that sometimes accidents can happen.

Always report any accidental damage or breakage in good time, especially before departure.
Please do not move the furniture from one room to another without having previously agreed with us.
In the event that damage to the property or its equipment is not covered by our insurance, the customer will pay the repair costs from the security deposit.
